4. Service Provider Obligations – Technical Limits and Results
The Service Provider is bound by a best-efforts obligation, not a results obligation.
He commits to:
using appropriate products and professional methods,
working carefully and responsibly,
performing with suitable equipment and expertise.
However, the Client acknowledges that:
Regarding textile cleaning:
some stains may remain despite treatment (old, embedded, chemical, grease, etc.);
certain fabrics may react unpredictably (slight discoloration, texture change, fading, stiffness);
pre-existing weaknesses in seams, stitching, or finishing may worsen regardless of cleaning quality.
Regarding general cleaning:
heavily worn or poorly maintained floors or surfaces may not return to their original state;
shine, color, or finish may vary depending on material age, condition, and past treatments;
very damaged windows, scratched glass, or surfaces with severe limescale may not become perfectly clear again.
The Service Provider cannot guarantee perfect results or full restoration of the original condition of textiles or surfaces.
5. Liability
The Service Provider can only be held liable if the Client proves a fault in the execution of the service.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for:
persistent or irreversible stains;
discoloration or variations caused by textile/material nature;
pre-existing wear, deterioration, or hidden defects;
reactions due to improper prior maintenance or manufacturing defects;
unpredictable reactions linked to the components or previous treatments of surfaces or textiles.
If damage directly attributable to the Service Provider is acknowledged, compensation may be discussed based on the item’s value, condition, age, and depreciation.
6. Complaints
Any complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the service.

provide safe and easy access to the premises,
clear the necessary areas before the service when required,
inform the Service Provider of any fragility, wear, or particularities before the intervention.
The Service Provider may postpone the service if conditions make the work unsafe or impossible.
8. Personal Data
The Service Provider collects data necessary for managing the service: name, address, contact details, and information related to the cleaning job.
In compliance with GDPR:

the Client may request access, modification, or deletion at any time by emailing contact@ccs-paris.fr.
